COVID-19 restrictions

The following restrictions and regulations are in place at ports in Guinea to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

  • Vessels may not enter port prior to Free Pratique being granted by Health Control at anchorage.

  • Pilots must use protective equipment (masks, gloves,etc.).

  • No garbage disposal.

  • Crew changes are not authorised. The airport is closed.

  • Crew should stay on board their vessel. No shore passes are being given to crew.

  • Curfew in force from 21.00 to 05.00 hours.

  • DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
    Health Maritime Declaration
    Ship Sanitation Certificate
    Water Analysis Certificate
    Phytosanitary + Fumigation-Pest Control Certificate required for vessels carrying rice-sugar-wheat-etc.
