COVID-19 directives & response

The Government of Pakistan has issued directives and response actions to COVID-19, summarised below:

  • There will be specific visiting hours for only filtered traders / agents from 11:00am to 01:00pm (PST).

  • All clearing agents & traders should talk on telephone to the concerned officer. There will be Video / Skype / Telephonic hearings at second review if deemed necessary.

  • A rotation roster for working on Saturday shall be issued to meet revenue targets which may hurled due to limited timings.

  • All officers / officials, with cardiovascular conditions, diabetes, asthma, flu and fever should not attend office under intimation to reporting officer.

All ports and terminals operation are fully intact as per their prescribed COVID-19 response plans for ports as well as goods transportation activities are currently normal.
