Countries removed from risk list

As per the latest information from Turkey’s authorties, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapre have been removed from the list of countries considered to be at risk with regards to COVID-19.

The Risky Countries list now contains:

  • Japan
  • China
  • South Korea
  • Iran
  • Italy

If a vessel called at a port in a risky country in the last 14 days, they can do below listed operations without boarding agent’s physically boarding the vessel:
1. Delivery of provisions, spares, etc.
2. Crew Change
3. For offsigners, embarkation date and place should be declared on crew change. Technicians’ embarkation remains restricted.

After 15 days boarding the vessel can be possible after getting necessary permission from related parties.

If one of the risky countries is in the last 10 port call within last 14 days, the vessel must send following documents:
- Last 10 ports of call
- Latest Crew List (including joining date/time and port for all crew members)
- Maritime Declaration of Health
- Crew body temperature list (should be measured just 24 hours prior to arrival Turkish Straits)

An original copy of the above mentioned documents should be signed & stamped and handed to agency boat.
