The USA Coast Guard has advised that the Republic of Cuba has been removed from the list of countries not maintaining effective anti-terrorism measures.
Therefore, the additional actions requirements for countries on this list no longer apply to vessels that arrive in the United States after visiting ports in the Republic of Cuba.
