Clearing of high spots & levelling of seabed is being conducted until 8 February at Pulau Punggol Aggregate Terminal Mooring Berth PPAT 2.
According to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marine Notice No.23 of 2026, the work is being carried out 24 hours daily - including Sundays & public holidays - at sea, within the working area bounded by the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum):
1) 01° 25.390’ N / 103° 53.770’E
2) 01° 25.460’N / 103° 53.640’E
3) 01° 25.510’N / 103° 53.670’E
4) 01° 25.430’N / 103° 53.800’E
Clearing of high spots and levelling of seabed will be carried out using grab dredger. Recovered materials will be transported by barge and offloaded at Pulau Punggol aggregate terminal.
Craft involved in the work exhibit the appropriate local and international day and night signals.
When in the vicinity of the working area, mariners are reminded to:
a) Keep well clear and not to enter the working area;
b) Maintain a proper lookout;
c) Proceed at a safe speed and navigate with caution;
d) Maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 21 (Sembawang Control);
and
e) Communicate with Sembawang control for assistance, if required.
