Starting on 1 October 2015, Immigrations officers at all ports in Turkey will check original flag endorsements during crew changes (rather than copies, as was previously the case).
Further, all passports must be valid for at least 65 days before expiry.
Manning offices, vessels and crew are urged to act accordingly.
