From 1 May 2016, export and import declarations will be required for all freight moving to and from the United Kingdom Continental Shelf (UKCS).
All goods destined for the UKCS will not be loaded onto vessels without prior permission to load from Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
Goods discharged from vessels that have arrived from the UKCS will not leave the quay until customs cleared with HMRC.
