Foreign crew and superintendents are not allowed in China, but Chinese crew can change at the country’s ports.
Chinese surveyor/superintendents can attend ships at public terminal of below ports: Tianjin; Rizhao; and the ports of the Yangtze River. However, this policy may be subject to change.
