The Force Majeure event that was declared at Gangavaram on 24 March due to the COVID-19 pandemic has ceased with effect from 20 June 2020.
Port services and operations are now gradually resuming to normality, although the local COVID-19 pandemic situation is very much there and evolving, with the number of positive cases rising daily and not controlled.
Gangavaram Port shall not assume any liability/responsibility in respect of the Force Majeure Event from 23 March to 20 June, inclusive.
