Caution is advised for marine activities as active northerly to northwesterly winds are expected to affect most regions of Oman, starting from this evening (19 January). The sea wave height along the coast could be up to 2.5 metres.
Further, dust and sand will be raised in the desert and open areas may lead to reduced horizontal visibility.
A noticeable drop in temperatures is expected.
