Argentinean cargo controllers represented by the Urgara Union declared a national 48 hour strike starting at 20:00 hours local time yesterday (15 July). So far, the action is affecting loading and discharging at Bahia Blanca, Necochea, and upriver ports. Other ports could be affected during the coming hours.
