Due to strong winds at Ningbo, vessel berthing (excluding container) was restricted from 2045 hours local time yesterday (3 November), though unberthing continued as normal.
Following the easing of winds, the restriction has been relieved for bulk carriers from 0930 hours local time today (4 November). However, berthing of tankers and chemical carriers is still currently being restricted.
