ELECTRICITY
- Connection charge: IDR. 584,- / VA
- Deposit charge: IDR. 51,830,- / kVA
OTHER UTILITIES
- Conveying system for PKE: IDR. 14,600,- / Ton
- Grab and conveying system for Fertilizer/Truck (loading/loading grain at Kawasan): IDR. 61,320,- / Ton
- Grab and conveying system for Fertilizer/Truck (loading/loading grain from Kawasan to Dumai): IDR. 90,520,- / Ton
LAND PRICE / AREA READY TO BUILD: IDR. 1,460,000,- / m2
