All official institutions and banks in Turkey will be closed this coming Monday, 29 October, due a public holiday.
Any arrangements for crew change, spares delivery, provisions, etc, required at Turkish ports on this holiday should be made in good time. Some ports may be closed or increase fees by 50% for official services such as pilotage, towage, mooring, and customs.
