Abu Dhabi's General Authority of Port, Borders & Free Zones Security has instructed that, with immediate effect, no port clearance shall be issued nor sailing arrangements made for vessels bound for the Libyan ports of Musratha (Misurata or Qasr Ahmed), Tripoli and Khoms.
