Two rowing races will take place around Hong Kong Island from 1140 hours to 1720 hours on 22 November and from 0730 to 1450 hours on 23 November 2025. About 40 boats and 140 participants are expected to participate in each race, under the escort of a minimum of five safety boats.
For both days, the rowing boats will set off outside the Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter, then follow a route around Hong Kong Island in a clockwise direction, and finish the race at the Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter.
Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of vessels navigating in the vicinity of the race route should proceed with caution, giving practical consideration to the contestants. Compliance with the provisions of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea 1972 is mandatory.
