The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has appointed ML Research Consultants Pte Ltd to conduct the Annual Marine Services Survey (2015) of shore-based operators (shipping agents and marine terminal/operation managers) from 29 October to 21 December 2015.
The feedback will assist in enhancing the marine services provided to ships in Singapore. Response in the survey will be kept strictly confidential.
Shore-based operators will be informed about the survey via email. They will be requested to participate in the survey via the internet at the following website: http://survey.mlresearch.com.sg/mrIWeb/mrIWeb.dll?I.Project=MPA_2015_AMSS_SHOREBASED
