The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has appointed ML Research Consultants Pte Ltd to conduct the Annual Marine Services Survey (2015) of shipmasters from 29 October to 21 December 2015.
The feedback from shipmasters will assist in enhancing the marine services provided to ships in Singapore.
Response in the survey will be kept strictly confidential.
The survey questionnaires will be handed to shipmasters by harbour pilots from PSA Marine Pte Ltd.
Shipmasters are requested to complete the questionnaires and return them to the harbour pilots or their agents using the pre-paid envelope.
Alternatively, shipmasters can participate in the survey via the internet at the following website: http://survey.mlresearch.com.sg/mrIWeb/mrIWeb.dll?I.Project=MPA_2015_AMSS_SHIPMASTER
