The Captain of the Port of New York has established a Safety Zone that temporarily restricts vessel movement on the waters of the Hudson River in vicinity of North Cove Marina, Manhattan, New York.
The Safety Zone will be strictly enforced during the hours of 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 6 through Sunday May 8th, 2016.
