VTS Houston/Galveston has suffered cascading failures of its AIS base stations at City Docks, Mitchells Point, and the Bolivar Peninsula.
As a result, and until further notice, Voice Reporting is mandatory at each Reporting Point within the VTS Houston/Galveston VTSA.
