Workers at MontevideoGas have called a 24-hour nationwide strike for today, 25 June. The stoppage is an escalation of an ongoing conflict.
At port level, authorities and special services will work at an “on duty” regime in order to avoid greater issues, launch services may be affected by the strike, but port services are not expected to stop working.
