What is lost when inclusion wanes

  1. Without inclusion, employees come and go.
  2. Without inclusion, individuals try to position themselves against others instead of being team players.
  3. Without inclusion, you create an insecure climate with nervous employees robbed of their confidence, making the work slow and inefficient.
  4. Without inclusion, you will get suspicious or jealous individuals whose performance drops as they focus on who is included and how to fit in.
  5. Without inclusion, you will never get the best performance from your staff.
  6. Without inclusion, they will be uncommitted, unengaged and won’t go beyond the absolutely necessary.
