Trevor is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has achieved Six Sigma Methodology for Project Manager and Finance. The Six Sigma programme helps organisations improve their business processes to boost performance.

“Being a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma is useful in improving logistics operations as it is a fact based, data-driven philosophy of improvement that values defect prevention over defect detection,” he says. “It drives customer satisfaction and bottom-line results by reducing variation, waste, and cycle time, while promoting the use of work standardisation across the business and warehouse flows, thereby creating a competitive advantage.”
