  1. Face to Face: We’ve managed so far with online meetings but post-Covid, we all will need to get back into the habit of seeing customers: old ones, new ones, and potentials.
  2. Listen: It’s the only way to learn a customer’s needs and wants.
  3. Solutions: Customers have their specific challenges. Our job is to recognise those challenges and help address them.
  4. Silos: Customers are not concerned about our industry product definitions or service-based demarcations. Customers care about solutions and value.
  5. Respect: Be honest, talk straight and send clear messages.
