  • Reporting the vessel/cargo status, as required
  • Checking cargo documents/SOF/ time sheets for correctness, notifying owner if not, and issuing letters of protest
  • Signing Bills of Lading
  • Attending to vessel operations issues including stevedoring damages, breakdowns, owner related matters
