Golf pro George Coetzee unveiled as new GAC Brand Ambassador

Dubai, 16 February 2012 - South African professional golfer George Coetzee is the latest sportsman to join global shipping, logistics and marine services provider GAC's stable of Brand Ambassadors.

George Coetzee is a rising star in professional golf, having secured eight Top 10 finishes on last year's European Tour, won the 2011 Telkom PGA Championship in South Africa and finished the prestigious Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship in sixth place last month.

Coetzee has just competed in the Qatar Masters Tournament and the Omega Dubai Desert Classic 2012. He took time out from his busy schedule to visit the GAC Corporate Headquarters in Jebel Ali, Dubai, to sign his sponsorship deal with GAC.

As Brand Ambassador, he will support and participate in GAC's programme of customer events and community initiatives, and also sport the GAC logo on his playing kit.
