GAC Bunker Fuels welcomes new traders to growing global team

New additions strengthen presence in key markets

Dubai, UAE - 30 April 2014: GAC Bunker Fuels Ltd, the bunker trading arm of the GAC Group, has boosted its team with the addition of new traders covering strategic markets in the USA and Singapore.

Houston-based Chris Brooks has joined Maurice Lara to further strengthen our presence in the Gulf of Mexico. He brings with him more than six years of bunker fuels procurement in the region with Chevron and Bominflot.

In the world’s busiest bunker port, Singapore, the bunkering team headed by Steve Chen has been boosted by the addition of Maritime Studies graduate Casey Han.

Casey HanFrom the company’s global headquarters in Dubai, GAC Bunker Fuels Director Nicholas Browne says: “After a very fruitful year of steady growth during 2013, we felt the time was right to inject more bright young talent to further develop our business and deliver results for our clients. Chris and Casey are valuable additions to our international network.”
