Dubai, United Arab Emirates – New management appointments have been announced to drive the growth and development of a range of the GAC Group businesses.
In May 2017, Alex Garroch was appointed Product Delivery Manager for GAC Global Hub Services. Garroch was previously responsible for overseeing ship-to-ship transfer services.
May also saw Tryggve Bengtsson take on the role of Business Manager – Shipping Services for GAC Qatar. Prior to his appointment, he served as Commercial Manager – Liner for the company.
Laurance Langdon, formerly Group Sales Development Manager, took over as General Manager – Management & Admin for the Group’s specialist hull cleaning business, GAC EnvironHull, on 1 June.
The same month saw Vincent D’Souza appointed as Group Freight Manager, based at GAC’s Corporate Head Office in Dubai. He was previously Regional Business Development Manager for the Middle East.
