Overview
Although Dubai has been built on the back of the oil industry, efforts have been made in recent years to diversify the economy. As a result, Dubai has emerged as the major regional hub for industry, trade and tourism in the Middle East. The main port, Jebel Ali, has the world's largest man-made harbour and is in the Top Ten in terms of container traffic throughput. Dubai is a services hub for the Gulf region and also for transshipment cargoes heading to the Indian Subcontinent and East Africa.
GAC was one of the first foreign companies to set up in Dubai in the late 1960s and since then, we have built market leadership positions across shipping, logistics and marine services. Enduring and close relationships with local authorities ensure our customers are well looked after in all their service needs.
GAC's Corporate Head Office is also located in Dubai, in the Jebel Ali Free Zone.
GAC's Ship Supply Services base is located at our branch office in Fujairah but deliveries can be made at any of the ports within the UAE.

We operate our own fleet of trucks, which includes 3 ton vehicles to standard and low bed trailers. Our proprietary Transport Management System provides with real time vehicle tracking, enabling you to know the whereabouts of your cargo at any time and be in full control of your business. GAC also moves around 500 trucks a month throughout the GCC and Levant

Strategically located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai, the GAC Logistics Park is the largest facility of its kind in the Middle East, spreading over 125,000 sq metres with more than 125,000 pallet positions. It has a sophisticated warehousing, web-enabled inventory management systems and world-class ISO9001:2000 operations resources. Design features of the GAC Logistics Park include:

GAC's warehouse is home to several top brands in diverse sectors including garments, FMCG, pharmaceutical, retail and other consumer goods. A separate logistics facility at Dubai Airport Free Zone caters for companies' need in short storage time, fast turn-around and rapid access to air transport. | |
