Possible delays/non-payment of port dues

Due to the possibility of SWIFT sanctions being imposed on Russia, there is a risk of delay in remittances leading to non-payment of port dues and resulting delays for vessels at Russian ports.

Meanwhile, the Russian Black Sea ports of Tuapse, Novorossisyk, Taman and Port Kavkaz (STS area) remain at Safety Level 2, and are open and working in normal mode.

Navigation in the north-western part of the Black Sea, north of parallel 45-21, is prohibited until further notice. Kerch strait transit suspended. Crimean ports closed for navigation. The Azov Sea is closed to navigation.

Flights to/from the below domestic airports are temporarily suspended until 2 March:
- Rostov-on-Don
- Krasnodar
- Sochi
- Anapa
- Gelendzhik
- Stavropol
- Elista
- Belgorod
- Bryansk
- Kursk
- Voronezh
- Simferopol
