A long bank holiday has been announced in Russia from 30 October to 7 November, inclusive.
National Unity Day on Thursday 4 November will be marked with a holiday from 4 to 7 November, inclusive. Further, in a bid to halt the spread of Covid-19, the Government has declared the period immediately before (30 October-3 November) additional non-working days.
Therefore, the first working day after Friday 29 October will be Monday 8 November.
This holiday will not affect the mooring and loading schedules of the country’s oil/products terminals. However, all banks, authorities, port administrations will be closed from 4 to 7 November, inclusive.
