Information required for passengers and crew

In accordance with World Health Organization recommendations and Russian Sanitary Authorities orders, besides the general and standard info about the ship and crew health condition, previous ports of calls etc., all ships calling to St. Petersburg must furnish to the Sanitary Authorities information about crew and passengers of the following citizenship:

  • Belgium
  • Cambodia
  • Canada
  • China
  • Filipin
  • Finland
  • France
  • Germany
  • Hong Kong
  • India
  • Italy
  • Japan
  • Macau
  • Malaysia
  • Nepal
  • Singapore
  • South Korea
  • Spain
  • Sri Lanka
  • Sweden
  • Thailand
  • UAE
  • UK
  • USA
  • Vietnam

if they boarded the ship less than 15 days before arrival at the port of St. Petersburg.

Should the vessel fail to provide this information or has a crew or passengers from the above listed countries who have been on board less than 15 days, the ship may be refused Free Pratique and permission to enter the port. The ship will be shifted to the anchorage point No.5 for a 14 days’ quarantine. All crew and passengers will be examined by Sanitary Doctors and will be tested for COVID 2019.
