Hurricane brings destruction, heading for second landfall

29 Sep 2022 / Florida/Georgia, United States

Hurricane Ian – one of the strongest storms ever to hit the Florida coats – has passed through the state leaving a path of destruction which has left over 2.5 million people and businesses without power.

It is now in the Atlantic Ocean and moving towards Savannah, Georgia, where it is expected to make its second landfall.

Ian has been downgraded to a Tropical Storm but still East Coast ports are moving up their storm statuses.
